Heather Bailie will be presenting at the Geography Teachers Association Victoria conference this Sunday. In addition the project will have a display stand in the trade display area. She is looking forward to meeting with teachers and examining how Disaster Resilience Education fits in the new Australian Curriculum - Geography. The competition will be officially launched on Monday 19 August! From Monday you will be able to download the official entry form and terms and conditions from the Australian Red Cross website. Here's the official flyer - please download and print copies to share with your school and any secondary students you know. There is an iPad mini worth $369 to be won plus 5 minor prizes of Red Cross Emergency Radios valued at $49.95 each.
